What You Will Learn & Experience
Theoretical Training
Learners complete structured classroom training aligned with an NQF qualification. This training covers important business and workplace topics such as:
- Entrepreneurship and business operations
- Customer service and communication
- Business accounting fundamentals
- Maths literacy
- Computer and digital literacy
These modules help build essential foundational skills that prepare learners for administrative and business support roles.
Practical Workplace Training
During the practical component, learners gain real-world experience by assisting Sasol managers and departments with:
- General administrative and clerical tasks
- Document management, filing, and data handling
- Workflow coordination and scheduling
- Departmental support and communication
- Basic office operations and project assistance
This experience gives learners an authentic understanding of how an organisation functions and what is required in entry-level administrative roles.
Who Should Apply?
This opportunity is ideal for motivated, eager-to-learn individuals who meet the following requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 0–1 year work experience
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn)
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a bonus but not required.
