About the Role
As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming and improving production processes across the factory. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that reduce waste, minimize defects, and enhance the efficiency and consistency of the manufacturing lines. The role also requires strong involvement in delivering world-class performance in areas such as quality, safety, reliability, cost, and customer service.
A large portion of your work will focus on analysing production data, identifying the root causes of losses, and implementing sustainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with line teams to build their capability, supporting them as they shift towards semi-autonomous operations. This includes coaching the teams on problem-solving methods, process stability, and best-practice manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing performance.
- Designing and validating technical and quality standards for production lines.
- Training and coaching factory teams on root-cause analysis and process control.
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures, including risk assessments and approval systems.
- Supporting the adoption of new technologies or equipment upgrades to improve overall productivity.
- Establishing and maintaining ideal process conditions for consistent production output.
- Working with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, save costs, and improve product quality.
This role requires someone with a strong analytical mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to implement systems that deliver long-term improvements.

Requirements
- Applicants should hold a degree or BTech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in a continuous-processing or fast-moving consumer goods environment is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with quality systems, maintenance practices, and improvement methodologies such as root-cause analysis or lean manufacturing will help you excel.
- Solid communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a results-driven mindset.
