About the Role
As the Team Leader Engineering – Foods, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring equipment reliability and optimal production performance within the factory. You will lead a team of technicians and technical operators while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on mechanical and production equipment.
- Leading the development and execution of maintenance plans.
- Implementing safety and environmental procedures, including equipment isolation.
- Coaching and developing technical operators and technicians.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to reduce waste, improve equipment reliability, and enhance product quality.

- A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
