About the Program
The Absa Graduate Trainee Program is an 18-month fixed-term programme that offers graduates hands-on exposure within a leading Pan-African financial institution. Who Should Apply?
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who:
- Have graduated within the last two (2) years or are expected to graduate by 31 December 2025.
- Are below 26 years of age.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with a Second Class Upper or higher in relevant fields such as Finance, Economics, or Statistics, Actuarial Science, Information Technology or Computer Science, Law, Business-related disciplines.
Additional academic requirements include:
- A strong secondary school academic record.
- Minimum B+ in English and Mathematics.
- Completion of the Absa ReadytoWork Programme prior to application (this can be done on the official Absa Kenya website).
