About the Programme
The Experiential Trainee Programme is an 18-month fixed-term opportunity designed for TVET college students who have completed their N6 qualification and still require workplace experience to qualify for their National N Diploma.Trainees will be placed within the Learning Academy (Human Resources) at Volkswagen Group South Africa, where they will gain structured, on-the-job training aligned to their field of study.

- Duration: 01 March 2026 – 31 August 2027.
- Location: Kariega, Eastern Cape.
- Contract Type: Full-time, fixed-term.
- Training Focus: Practical workplace exposure and skills development.
Who Can Apply?
This opportunity is open to TVET College graduates who meet the following criteria:
- Completed an N6 qualification within the last three years.
- Require practical training to obtain a National N Diploma.
- Studied one of the following fields: Business Management N6, Management Assistant N6, Financial Management N6, Human Resource Management N6, Office Management N6.
- A valid Code 08 driver’s licence will be an added advantage, though it is not compulsory.
